Simian Electrical is a fully qualified, NAPIT-registered electrician covering South Anglesey and North Gwynedd. Every job starts with a clear price — no surprises on the invoice. Smaller jobs are charged at an hourly rate; larger or specialist jobs (rewires, EV chargers, EICRs) are priced as fixed quotes below.

Hourly labour rates

Rates above are for labour only. Materials and parts are charged separately, at cost plus a small handling margin.

Fixed-price services

PAT testing	£50 for up to 10 items, £90 for up to 20 items
EV charger installation	£350 (installation only — excludes the charger unit and materials)
Additions & alterations (extra sockets, lighting circuits, etc.)	approx. £100 per item
Full or partial rewire	Free on-site survey, then a fixed written quote

Good to know

• Coverage: South Anglesey and North Gwynedd.
• Materials: standard fittings (Fusebox consumer units, Click or M2 sockets/switches) unless otherwise agreed — decorative or metal fittings cost more, agreed in advance.
• Payment: BACS bank transfer or card.
• Billing: invoiced by email after the job — payment isn’t collected on site, so there’s no need to have cash ready before work starts, and you’ll have time to check everything over before paying.
• VAT: not applicable — Simian Electrical is not VAT registered.
• All work is certified and NAPIT-registered.
